Returns and Exchanges
We believe that every customer deserves genuine products and when you shop from us, we can assure you that you will definitely see results. However, if you purchase any defect product from us please don’t hesitate to let us know. All items purchased from Emprezz Glam Hub should be returned in their original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.
Processing time for returned items is between 5-7 business days after your package has reached us. Due to health and hygiene concerns, no exchanges on home services/products, hair care and skin care items.
Money will be returned in full. All returns require authorization. Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return or exchange any product. If a return is authorized, ship the merchandise back to us with the invoice and the original product package. Items must be returned in original condition and in original packaging including any paperwork, manuals or accessories. Items that are returned defaced or damaged will not be eligible for a refund or replacement. Any item purchased online and returned without authorization cannot be returned to sender and sender will not be issued a refund or credit.
Return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. Items can be exchanged if you so wish but you must pay the shipping charges of the new item.
Homemade services are our most delicate and will not be accepted back or exchanged for another once delivered so long as your order matches with what is delivered to you.
On the contrary, it can only be returned if order doesn’t match with what is delivered and at such cases, customer is advised to alert shop.ghanaianemprezz.com within 24hrs via any of customer care numbers or by mail.
